Picture credits

Most pictures are real photographs with a free licence. A few were generated for a subject a free photograph did not cover. Those are marked AI-generated. None of them is a picture of Alvin.

Paper grain, lined paper, and the tape are photographs too. They are credited here rather than on every note.
